"It was such a beautiful hotel. Clean and spacious rooms. Staff were very nice and attentive. Liked that it’s a bit away from the busiest part of the Strip but still easy to get to everything."

"It was like a third world country. Directions take you to wrong part of hotel, you check in at a kiosk. There is no help to assist with directions, we had to ask the people at Starbucks where to go. The room had stains on the bed, towels and floor. We never saw housekeeping going around. A wet towel sat in our hallway for 24 hrs. Pros: Staff at Midway were very nice, and The Steakhouse was exceptional (surprised they were even inside this casino). Our young kids didn’t know any better and had fun winning stuffed animas. Spend the extra money to stay somewhere nice. "

"I liked that the rooms were updated in the Silver tower. They were working on the pool area. The restaurants were good. The little stores were convenient for water and snacks for the room. Overall a nice place to stay."

"The property was fine, they don't have good gambling machines! The betting to winning results sucked! We left and went to other hotels for better familiar games."

"Customer service wasn't what I expected. We arrrived at the front of the Encore with 2 huge suitcases and carry ons and asked where the front door was. Doorguy pointed at the door 15 feet away but didnt open the door for us. Get to the front desk at 2:40 and asked if we could check in early. They said no and then told us there was a room available facing the sphere for a 140 dollar/ day upcharge. We said no, and then said we'd just wait 20 minutes. Desk clerk tells us, " well, your room wont be ready at 3" and well text you when the room is ready... ok. Felt like a slimey attempt to hard sell us a sphere facing room. Then we asked if a bell hop could hold our bags until our room was ready.... No bellhop and we had to schlep all our luggage back outsidethe hotel near the valet to hold? This was our first 15-20 min at the property. Not what we expected for 700 a night. Poor customer service continued through out the weekend. Will not stay at a Wynn property again. "
